What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Doctor As per blood test below are the report are not normal . Pls advise what kind of food controls and precaution to be taken to live healthy .. Cholesterol. -212 LDL cholesterol -141 T&c/hdl ratio. - 5.2 Non hdl cholesterol. - 171 Bun / sr creatinine. Calculated - 8.8 % of transferrin saturation - 46.35 sGPT 75.59 and sGOt 35.5 normal With multiple googling getting worried AM a male and very rarely I smoke and that too I had stopped from couple of day . Hello

Findings indicate increased SGPT level and altered lipid profile.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury.It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis,alcohol intake,altered lipid profile,medicines,auto immune causes etc.
It may be related to altered lipid inn your case.
Cholesterol level and LDL are mildly increased.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients.It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Avoid red meat and fatty milk products.
